Survey: What was the last big get-together you had with family or friends?

Last November, my old band mates and I got together in NY for a big reunion show. I hadn't seen them in twenty years. It was great!

Survey: What was the last big get-together you had with family or friends?
I come from large families on both sides. My dad had 6 brothers and sisters. While my Grandmother was alive, (She died when I was 19, so its been a long time,) we had an annual "family reunion." I knew all 26 of my 1st cousins and since we didn't live too far apart, we saw most of them frequently. Time took its toll, and the cousins grew up and scattered. Now there's two generations beyond the cousins, now and a couple of 3rd generation. Three years ago, we started having a "cousin's" reunion and it has been great fun. This past year, we went up into the Scotch-Irish(my heritage) lands in the NW mountains of North Carolina, in Avery County near the Grandfather mountain, and it's "mile-high" swinging bridge, into the ski country near 7 devils, Sugar mountain, and Beech Mountain, to the little community of Banner Elk. From that get-together, we have now made a family website, and periodically each family updates whats going on and sends old family photos and new family photos. It's worked out great.
Reply:A family reunion of the Deluca and Espinosa families. There were 100-200 people there. It was nuts!
