Quick survey ~ Do you have more net friends, or more friends in the 'real' world?

Hrmm, it's probably about equal, and there is a bit of crossover, but I'd say that I'm actually closer to those I've gotten to know online.

there might have been a time when i first moved that the internet and net friends were my only anchor against lifes rough seas but now im so thankfull to have reall good friends


there are benifits to net friends like you dont have to face them all the time you choose when and that if youre deaf and stuff you would be like veryone else but my real friends are the ones that will be there beside me in the togh times
Reply:True friends...I have more of those that I have met online than in "real life" and one of those became my husband. We met thru p%26amp;s and still have friends that we are close to as a result of the net.
Reply:More real world people like me than net people...but I like the net people more because when I get sick of them, I can just sign off. Real world people tend to linger even after you've thrown hints for 40 minutes or more.

But i have real friends that i hang out with as well..

I have about a dozen contacts on the Internet I consider friends. Another 100 or so, I like and hope they like me
Reply:I have more acquaintances in my real life but only two true friends. One being my wife who I happened to meet through p%26amp;s. I do have a couple internet friends too who know me quite well.
