I need to find a piece of software that will run on my computer and let me create a survey that I can put on MY website. It could save it out as an ASP file or something. Software that will let me use my OWN database to store the results. I don't want one of those websites that let you create surveys and lets you send a link out to all your friends. I need something with more control. Anyone know of anything?
