Survey: Who is cooking for thanksgiving and who is going to a relatives or friends house for dinner?

My Sweetheart of a wife is cooking.. I'd help but I usually just get in the way.

Survey: Who is cooking for thanksgiving and who is going to a relatives or friends house for dinner?
Neither......we're going to the restaurant at the Sheraton for an overly priced buffet. Well, it's overly priced for adults at $36.95, seniors are $25 and kids up to 12 are $14.95. Can you image paying $36.95 for a 13 year old? But I don't have to cook and clean for the 3 of us so that will be nice especially since I'm hitting the wineries early tomorrow morning.





But come Christmas I'll be doing all the cooking and cleaning.

Reply:im cooking , i always do, but often its a conflict, as i want to have my meal for my family , my sister-in-law wants the same, and as my older brothers wife, she always feels hers is more important, well this year, she went with my brother on a cruise, i was just planning thanksgiving for my daugh, my father and myself, now her grown children are coming over, which is fine, i wasnt going to her house anyway lol

Reply:I'm making a lemon cake (my speciality) and that's pretty much it, but my mom and sister cook everything else. they won't allow me to get near the turkey :)
