technically, no.

yes. thats why their hours are regulated

no. sadly, i still shop at walmart despite knowing that they use child labor (poor college student here!). i do spread the word however.

yes in our own country, but that doesnt stop private businesses from importing goods that have used child labor in foreign countries that arent regulated
