I am doing a survey for a school report and i would like to know how many people enjoy the needle piercings?

I also would like to know if your parents are devorced or seperated. and wether you had piercings done because of problems at school. If you have had piercings done at a piercing shop or if your friends did it for you at school. I would also like to know where you have your piercings. thank you all for your help.

Reply:I like my piercings. I wouldn't say I enjoy them. My parents are divorced. No I didn't get them done because of problems at school. I had all mine done done professionally at shop called Falcons. Currently I only have my septum, snug, navel, and my earlobes at a 00 gauge. My retired piercings are industrial, monroe, labret, and vertical surface tragus. All of them have been retired for about 3 years. And i'm 17, i'm pretty much done with piercings. I don't want anymore.

i had my piercings done at a piercing shop.


i have my lip, bellybutton, and my ears done like a milion times.


i didn't do it because i have problems at school, i did it because i like how it looks.

Reply:i think the needles are way to painful cause it takes longer to get through it. i got my piercings at a jewelry shop but mostly icing. and i dont get piercings because of problems i get them cause they are pretty! lol and they are cute! good luck with your servey! -%26lt;3

I'll answer anyway, cause I'm bored. I don't kno my father, and I never will. But that doesn't mean I don't have a happy childhood. I've got a step-dad, whos been nothing but nice.





I now have some mental issues, and I self-harm, though not in a negative way. Although that only happened last year. Quite a while after I got into piercings. And I don't think that affects my interests at all. though it probably has started getting me into self-piercing (responsibly) a little more. Though more for the ritual side of it, than the fashion side.





I have 16 piercings currently. 5 facial, and 11 ears. Though I've had more in the past, which I've retired cause of various problems.





I'll be getting more facial piercings in the close future, although I'm hoping to get my half sleeve started before that. After that.. I'm not sure. Though I'm rather interested in sub and transdermals, and some scarification. I live in the middle of nowhere though, so its a fair bit of a trek to even the most basic of piercing places, let alone somewhere more extreme.





To me, piercings are a way to express my personality, basically they just look pretty. I have other ways to vent my problems, which are alot less permanent, and in most cases less dangerous.
Reply:ohh noo way..Im scared to get any piercings and I wouldnt do it despite of any problems that I had. Umm...yep thats it, but I think im too much of a chicken to get a piercing. lol! =D

I have my ears done (second whole before my birthday =D) and i had my bellybutton done.


And i would neeeveeerrr get my peircing done at anywhere other than a clean tattoo parlor. id rather not get a nasty infection thanks.

I have, 4 lobes, 2 helix(top of ear),Monroe(the mole piercing),Venom bites(to lip piercing close together), bellybutton,eyebrow, i did have nose.

I'd left school by the time I was pierced, I had them done because I like the way they look.


I had them done with a sterile needle by a trained piercer in a sterile piercing studio.


I have 12 in my ears, one in my nostril, one in each nipple, one in my tongue and one in my navel. I've also had several in each eyebrow, two surface clavicle piercings, two surface sternum piercings and two inverse navel piercings but I have since retired them.
Reply:most of the people who get piercings or tattoos arent in it for the pain, its called art.. and expressing yourself, if someone was just in it for the pain they'd be hurting themselves other ways as well, i want to get that straight, just because people are tattooed and have tons of piercings doesn't mean there messed up or have a broken home. its a way of expressing ones self. but its the fact i can take it and it doesn't hurt me as much as it would for other people, i wouldn't say i enjoy the pain... cause i for sure dont. but i think after its done its worth it. making myself relaxed before helps. i think it would hurt if i freaked myself out before i went, cause i'd be thinking about it. for me its not about liking the pain it whats after, tattoo or piercing thats worth it. im only 17 so... so far ive been aloud to have 6 piercings on my ear, i only have 5 right now though. ones closed up. im getting 2 more, and then 2 tattoos when im 18.


but.. as bad as that may sound for some people who dont like tattoos or piercings, i make mine tasteful cause im aware that i'll be growing up someday and i will be 80. hah
